Skyline Building Services where commissioned to construct a new swimming pool, gym and media complex to the existing property.

The new addition of the pool house was designed to blend in seamlessly with the existing building and matches in style and materials used.

The pool and gym area has marble flooring throughout including custom made marble pool coping and marble staircase.

Concealed lighting in the ceiling of the pool area is automatic and colour changing, and the whole area has under floor heating, air conditioning and air filtration.
